Cyclone Gita update #2 7:44 AM

Horizons Regional Council emergency management staff have been monitoring the situation overnight and while there's been some rain across the region, it hasn't been significant so rivers and streams are coping well so far. We will continue to keep an eye on things and are expecting a Metservice update later this morning.
