One person has died following a crash in Auckland on Saturday.

Emergency services were called to Philomel Crescent, Bayswater at around 5:15pm to a single vehicle crash.

One person died at the scene.

The Serious Crash Unit was notified and the circumstances of the crash remain under investigation.
