Police can now name the person who died following a crash on SH1, Thames Highway, on Sunday 7 July.

She was Frances Paula Rangi, 75, of Oamaru.

Police extend our sympathies to her family and friends during this difficult time.

Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing
