KPMG/KPMG Legal passion@ViaductHarbour

KPMG and KPMG Legal have announced plans to locate the two firms in one location in January 2004.

This is part of the strategy to position KPMG and KPMG Legal as a multidisciplinary firm.

KPMG’s new offices will be a new purpose built building at the Viaduct. This is currently the site of the Thrifty building and is immediately west of the current Maritime Square development and at the head of the Viaduct Harbour.

The building will be approximately 8,000 square metres (net lettable area) on 5 levels.

The development managers are Newcrest Holdings Limited.
