Bendon Appoints New Directors

Bendon Limited has announced the appointments of Maurice Kidd as chairman and Maurice Prendergast as a board director.

Mr Prendergast is managing director of Pumpkin Patch Limited, a successful retailer established in New Zealand 11 years ago with operations in Australia and the UK. He has been managing director since 1993.

Bendon is a 100% owned subsidiary of PRG where Maurice Kidd is also chairman.

The new directors join Peter Halkett, Stefan Preston, and Eric Watson on Bendon's board.
