Kiwi Income Property Trust (KIP) - Unisys House Deal Goes Unconditional

KIP released the following brief statement to the the NZX this afternoon:

"Kiwi Income Property Trust's $44 million purchase of Unisys House from Macquarie Goodman Property Trust is now unconditional, and will be settled on April 30, 2004."
