Delegat's and Oyster Bay

As notified to NZX today, Delegat's now has acceptances which, together with shares already held by it, total 45.74 percent of Oyster Bay.

Yesterday's level was 44.21 percent.

Delegat's, through its subsidiary Delegat's Wine Estate Limited, is offering $4.00 each for shares in Oyster Bay as it seeks acceptances to increase its shareholding to 50.1 percent.
