Tenon Announces Change In Board

Auckland, 19 September 2005 – Tenon advised today that Tony Gibbs had resigned his position as Chairman and Director of Tenon. The resignation followed the announcement earlier today of the sale of GPG’s shareholding in Rubicon Limited, Tenon’s majority shareholder.
