Issue Yields Set For AIAL Bond Issue

Auckland International Airport Limited has today set the issue yields for its $150 million issue of 7 and 10 year fixed rate bonds ("Bonds") as follows:

Tranche / Series Maturity Date Issue Yield
No. 1 / 12 7 November 2012 7.19%
No. 1 / 15 9 November 2015 7.25%

Settlement for the Bonds will occur on 7 November 2005 and the Bonds are expected to be quoted on the NZDX from 7 November 2005.
