OceanaGold Announces Exercise of Greenshoe Option on Convertible Notes Issue

OceanaGold today announced that Barclays Capital has exercised its option to acquire an additional A$10 million of the 5.75% Convertible Notes due 2012. The exercise of the option brings the total amount of gross proceeds from the offering to A$55 million. Application will be made for the Bonds to be listed on the Stock Exchange of Singapore. Barclays Capital is the Sole Bookrunner and Lead Manager for the offering.
