SOEI offer gets 70% acceptance

Software of Excellence today advised that it had received acceptance representing 69.82% of its issued 7% Mandatory Convertible Notes in a response to its offer of $1.55 cash per note.

The company’s offer closed last Friday and the company will make the required $7 million total payment to note holders this week.
