Successful New Zealand women have their own brand
James Brown was wrong. It's not a man's world anymore.
Globally women are becoming a force to contend with, the glass ceiling is becoming less and less restricting as many women rise to top positions in the country.
One of the keys to becoming this successful is to create your own brand. Paula Ryan fashion designer and business woman extraordinaire says “whether it’s a conscious decision or unconscious decision successful people have a brand. They don’t deviate from this brand, they embrace it – not only in the way they present themselves but the way they speak, dress, talk and everything about them is in tune with their image.”
“Without developing a brand you can make yourself look insincere, unconfident, and unprofessional,” says Paula, “Historically and globally successful women all have a brand which is easily identifiable and recognisable.”
For some people branding themselves comes easily and naturally, to others it doesn’t. For these women, Paula has developed a website that is going to show them how they can do it. Sometimes it’s a major personal makeover but its worth while, creating a brand is not only is it cost effective but it’s the first step to becoming successful.
Many women will admit being all over the place, there is no consistency with their brand. Branding yourself makes your life easier, it is less time consuming and more fun.

“On every level women need to make conscious lifestyle choices even draft an outline and critical path for themselves.” says Paula. “This can range from personal stationery to their wardrobe, what they eat, how they exercise and even the car they drive. All needs to be considered in order to reflect and create their brand, we can show them how to do this.”
