New Website Launched for Capital's Business Communicators

Business communicators in the capital have another way to access global best practice.

New Zealand’s local chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) is now online at www.iabcwellington.co.nz

The new website will keep communications professionals informed of local and international developments in communications’ best practice.

IABC Wellington President Lucy Sanderson-Gammon says the new website will provide access to professional development and networking activities, run by IABC Wellington.

“With rapidly changing technology and a tight labour market, organisations need to look after the professional development of their communicators, whether they are in corporate affairs, HR or other parts of an organisation. IABC Wellington is able to tap into an international network to provide learning opportunities for local communicators.

“IABC provides a professional network of more than 14,000 business communication professionals in over 70 countries. Members make connections with other communicators around the world through IABC’s online services and its international conferences,” says Lucy.
