New Appointment To Simes Valuation Team

Malcolm Penny is the newest appointment to the Simes valuation team.

Malcolm has been registered since 1999 and joins the real estate company with 11
years’ experience of valuation work, most recently in a multi-national consultancy.

Malcolm has a commercial focus, with significant local body and crown valuation
experience.
