Evan Davies Appointed As Chairman Of CER Group

The CER Group is pleased to advise that Mr Evan Davies was appointed as Chairman of the Board of CER Group at its Board meeting held on December 14th. Dr Wayne Cartwright, formerly Chairman, remains a non-executive director of the company.

Commenting on this development, Dr Cartwright said: “CER Group now has a strong platform for vigorous profitable growth. I look forward to contributing further, with fellow directors, to the development of the company.”
