Genesis Energy considers bond issue

Genesis Energy is currently considering an offer of bonds to the New Zealand public in either late 2008 or the first half of 2009 if market conditions allow.

No money is currently being sought, and no applications for the bonds will be accepted unless the subscriber has received an Investment Statement.
