Simpson Grierson is delighted to welcome senior associate, Jo-Anne Knight, to their Auckland commercial litigation team. A specialist in building and construction law, Jo-Anne represents developers, contractors, consultants and local authorities in a broad range of property and construction disputes. She appears regularly as counsel before the courts and at adjudications and arbitrations, as well as engaging in mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Jo-Anne joins the firm after ten years at Brookfields Lawyers in Auckland.
