FindSpace adds new Client Feed option for Property Investors

The commercial property website, FindSpace, has created a new feed capability for use by Property Investors and Commercial Real Estate firms.

The new feature, called ClientSpace, uses an iframe to push back to a client’s website all their listings that appear on FindSpace, in a transparent and real time basis.

FindSpace Director, Justin Ryan, states ‘It has always been an issue for property investors and small commercial firms that they have to maintain their listings on multiple sites.

They add their properties to their own website, but also to a public aggregated website such as FindSpace. This was time consuming and tedious work that can go out of date very quickly. With ClientSpace they only need to add and maintain their listings on FindSpace and they immediately appear on their own website’.

The process uses a small piece of code that is loaded onto the recipient’s website. An example site can be viewed HERE!

The benefits to the client are:

1. There is no need to maintain data on multiple websites as all additions and
maintenance is handled on FindSpace.

2. The listing appears on your own website and the public website FindSpace
giving double exposure from the one entry.

3. There is no limit to the number of sites your listings can be placed on,
provided you have control over the site.

4. There is no need to develop your website with a listing capability as all the
structures that exist on FindSpace are transferred to the client’s site.
