Rugby2GoNZ launched

Imagine being able to check traffic to and from rugby events, find your way to and around a stadium, pick up vouchers for almost anything handy to your geo-location and also get emergency assistance, even your local embassy if you needed it, all on the one app!

Well with Rugby2GoNZ Born Digital have achieved all of the above in a handy map based tool for travellers, and it uses a NZ based map system from Geo Smart making mapping more detailed and specific.

The free Rugby2GoNZ mobile app has the most detailed information on how to get to the rugby stadiums, on finding fan zones and the +1000 of the REAL NZ festival 2011 events going on around you of any available mobile application. The Rugby2GoNZ app has the whole of New Zealand covered in terms of mapping and points of interest for tourists along with sophisticated direction and routing features.

Additional features of the free Rugby2GoNZ mobile app include location relevant Arrival Magazine mobile discount vouchers, weather information, AA Breakdown support, emergency services information and embassy & consulate details

Born Digital ( www.borndigital.co.nz) began life six years ago as a traditional web shop, providing specialist web support to ad agencies. It's since gone on to pick up its own direct clients - it now has a 60/40 mix of corporate and agency clients.Born uses an Adobe flex tech programme allowing them to use one set of source code for both Android and IOS functionality.

Recent projects include iPhone and Android apps with a built-in QR code reader for a health food company, an iPhone/iPad app for Auckland city hotspots, and Facebook apps for Griffins, Whittaker's and Powershop.
