Harcourts Market Watch April

Northern and Central regions are leading the way as property on hand sits in the positive over the rest of country this month with Auckland carrying the upward momentum.

With record statistics, some of Harcourts’ best in two years, in most centres this month (compared to same time last year) buyers and sellers are finding a common ground when transacting property and we are seeing average sale prices and written sales increase over the country.
