[Scoop Notice]: This morning Scoop received a copy of the charge sheet for David Ross who is due to appear in the Wellington District Court on Friday 5 July.

Mr Ross has been charged by the Serious Fraud Office forallegedly runnng a $400m Ponzi Scheme.
