VHP announces strike price for the fourth quarter Distribution Reinvestment Plan

Vital Healthcare Property Trust (NZSX ticker: VHP) today announced the strike price for the fourth quarter of the 2013 financial year Distribution Reinvestment Plan, inclusive of the 1% discount being offered, is $1.3 501 per unit. This is calculated as the weighted average of the p rices at which units in the Trust were sold through NZSX during the period of seven calendar days commencing on the ex-date, being the day that is two business days b efore the Record Date for the distribution.

This pricing is effective for the distribution paya ble on 25 September 2013.
