LVR restrictions not having the desired effect in Auckland and Northland

Please find attached the February residential property market figures for the Northern Region (Auckland and Northland) from New Zealand’s largest real estate group Harcourts.

CEO Hayden Duncan says the figures show LVR restrictions are not having the intended effect in the Northern Region with prices and written sales remaining strong.
