Welcome, the expanded international programme

Auckland Chamber welcomes the expanded international programme announced by the Prime Minister today.

“Expanding New Zealand’s international footprint is important for growing our exports but so is helping New Zealand companies into new markets and, as our recent experience with China shows, being on the ground to assist them ‘in market’ is critical” CEO Michael Barnett said.

Signaling those markets of significant opportunity is helpful for New Zealand business and expanding the work undertaken by New Zealand Trade & Enterprise with intensive growth companies makes sense Mr Barnett said.
