Results of Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting of Kiwi Income Property Trust Unit Holders was held in Auckland today.
The single resolution put to the meeting, which considered the re-appointment of Richard Didsbury as a director of the Manager, was passed by way of poll. Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.3.2(a), the Board has determined that Mr Didsbury continues to be an independent director.
The outcome of voting on the resolution is as
follows:
