STATEMENT FROM MARK BRYERS

I, wish to state that I am not, nor have I ever been, a shareholder or director of Talos Accounting in Australia. Furthermore, at no time was I responsible for managing Talos Accounting.

I have lived and worked in Australia for some two years prior to being declared a bankrupt in New Zealand in October 2009.

In Australia I have worked as a consultant via my employer to a number of companies, and at no time have I been a shareholder, Director, or been responsible for the management of those companies.

One of the companies that I have consulted to, via my employer, is Talos Accounting. I completed my consulting role with Talos on 15 August 2014 and I no longer consult to Talos Accounting,

As a bankrupt it is not possible for me to own shares, or act as a director of a company, or manage a company.

Media reports that I am a shareholder of, or director of, or manage Talos Accounting and or other companies are unfounded and defamatory.

I have instructed my solicitor to consider the remedies available to me in respect of those unfounded and defamatory allegations.
