Beef + Lamb New Zealand company resolutions pass

Sheep and beef farmers have voted in support of the company resolutions put to the recent Beef + Lamb New Zealand annual meeting held in Balclutha on 11 March.

Beef + Lamb New Zealand Returning Officer, Warwick Lampp of Electionz.com said the resolutions were that there be no change to the remuneration paid to Beef + Lamb New Zealand directors and that KPMG be re-appointed as the auditor for the year ending 30 September 2015.
