Simpson Grierson advises Marlborough Lines on its acquisition of Yealands Wine Group

The Simpson Grierson team of Michael Pollard and Anastasiya Gutorova has recently advised Marlborough Lines Limited in its acquisition of Yealands Wine Group Limited.

Yealands Wine Group is one of New Zealand's biggest wine companies and exporters. Its sale to Marlborough Lines (a Marlborough-based electricity supply company) is said to allow the business to remain local to the region.
