Early morning favourites combined to create a new Nutri-Grain flavour

Here’s a new way to enjoy your two breakfast favourites – Nutri-Grain and Ice Break coffee.

Kellogg’s has partnered with Ice Break on a new limited edition flavour, Nutri-Grain Ice Break coffee flavoured cereal.

Developed with millennials’ palates in mind, Nutri-Grain Ice Break is available from May until December.

Kellogg’s New Zealand says young Kiwis – particularly people aged between 18 and 29 – drink iced coffee to start their day as an anytime, anywhere refreshment.

“So we got to thinking why not combine the coffee with delicious crunchy Nutri-Grain to provide them with an appealing new way to enjoy two of their favourites together,” says Commercial Director, Will Brockbank.

“Now you can kick-start your day with a coffee boost in your breakfast bowl or enjoy it as a pick-me-up snack.”

Nutri-Grain Ice Break has four health stars and is a source of protein and fibre, Mr Brockbank says.

The product contains a small amount of coffee, so Nutri-Grain Ice Break isn’t suitable for anybody avoiding caffeine in their diet.

However the product joins the existing Nutri-Grain collection of cereals that are great for the younger teens or kids in the family; Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain Original, Nutri-Grain Honey Crunch and three variants of Nutri-Grain Edge Oat Clusters, which are all rated four health stars.

The 290g pack of Nutri-Grain Ice Break retails at an RRP of $5.19, and is exclusively available at New World and Pak ‘n Save nationwide.
