Dol Appointed To Airport Senior Team |

Hamilton Airport has seconded well-known Waikato-based project director Rob Dol to its senior team.
From January 2026, Dol will join the airport management team full-time for two years. He will move from his current role as project director at Colliers Project Leaders to become the airport’s group general manager – property and infrastructure.
Waikato Regional Airport Ltd (WRAL) chief executive Mark Morgan said Dol’s appointment was a natural transition given his long-standing involvement with the airport and its property division, Titanium Park.
“Rob has been a key advisor to us for a number of years and has very ably led some critical projects on our behalf. He has been involved in most of our strategically important initiatives including the recent terminal redevelopment and the completion of our 10-year property strategic plan. Rob was also was the key driver behind the private plan change needed to open up Precinct North, part of Titanium Park,” Morgan said.
“It means Rob has developed a very strong understanding of our business, our people, and our strategic priorities and it make sense for us to capture that for the next two years and bring him fully into the fold.”
Dol will begin his new role in January 2025, the latest addition to Hamilton Airport’s senior team. Last month Morgan announced the appointment of Michelle Noordermeer as group general manager – aeronautical growth and marketing. Before joining the airport, Noordermeer managed her own consultancy after having held senior roles with Air New Zealand, CarbonClick and Auckland Airport.
NOTE: WRAL (Waikato Regional Airport Ltd) is a council-controlled organisation owned by Hamilton City, Otorohanga, Waipā, Waikato and Matamata-Piako District Councils and is the umbrella for subsidiary companies Hamilton Airport, Jet Park Hotel Hamilton Airport, Hamilton & Waikato Tourism (HWT) and Titanium Park Limited.
