Pead Enhances Its Capabilities Agency-wide With Four New Appointments

Pead, leading independent creative communications and reputation management agency, continues its momentum announcing four new appointments across its Consumer and Corporate teams.

Bridget Taylor joins Pead Consumer as a Senior Account Executive, having recently graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Arts and Commerce in International Business, Marketing and Communications. Bridget brings experience in media through NZME and the beauty and wellness sector.

Niamh Scully, a recent graduate from the University of Otago, with a Bachelor of Arts in Media, Film and Communications, joins the team across the agency’s Consumer client portfolio as Account Executive.

Anna Farrera, Partner – Consumer, says: “Pead is known for developing outstanding career pathways, and this talented new cohort will be no exception. They bring fresh thinking and energy to our brand-led Consumer PR work.”

“Consumer clients today are looking for more than visibility. They want work that is culturally relevant, drives conversation and delivers commercial impact.”

From earned media and influencer activity that builds credibility to integrated campaigns that turn attention into talkability and action, Pead’s Consumer team works with clients across beauty and wellness, FMCG, food and beverage, retail and property.

Pead has further strengthened its Corporate Communications division with the appointment of Lotte Corrigan as Account Executive and Caitlin Veale as Senior Account Executive.

Corrigan joins the team following the successful completion of her internship with Pead, while Veale brings a strong background in purpose-led communications, most recently at the Migraine Foundation Aotearoa New Zealand.

Pead’s Corporate team works with leading organisations, big and small, supporting them to build trust, protect reputation and communicate effectively in an increasingly complex digital and media environment.

Louisa Kraitzick, Partner – Corporate says Pead’s Corporate offering is deliberately built to reflect where reputation and influence are now shaped.

“Our strength lies in combining deep corporate communications experience with in-house digital capability. That means we help organisations show up clearly and credibly not just in traditional media or stakeholder channels, but also in search and AI generated results where people increasingly look for answers.”

Pead Corporate also includes a specialist issues and crisis advisory practice, Houston Issues Management, which supports organisations before, during and after high-risk moments.

Kraitzick says: “The appointments reflect changing client needs and Pead’s continued investment in expertise.

“We work with organisations of all sizes to shape perception, inform decision making and drive real behaviour change. Bringing Lotte and Caitlin into the team strengthens our ability to deliver thoughtful, grounded advice at a time when credibility, clarity and speed matter more than ever,” says Kraitzick.
