DAMIEN BINDER THE BON VOYAGE GIG After the success of his second album ŒTil Now¹ Damien Binder is off to further his career in Australia. He¹ll be departing Auckland to live in Sydney for the forseeable future so head down to the Dog¹s Bollix, Auckland on Wednesday 28th April for his very last gig in New Zealand for quite some time. THE EXILES, BLAIR GILES BAND & VELEZ THIS THURSDAY Velez support The Exiles & the Blair Giles Band this Thursday. The Exiles is the new project of Eye TV¹s Sean Sturm, and also features Tosh Graham (ex-Propellor). Velez have been busy demo-ing new material at their studio as well as at York Street Studios with their debut single expected sometime around mid-year. MUSE SCOPING TRIP TO UK Muse dictator-in-chief Mark Roach takes off for London on May 10 for a whirlwind series of meetings with UK producers, managers, video directors, PDs, booking agents and lawyers. The trip which comes as a result of contacts made through the Music Managers¹ Forum and the Resonate music seminar is being used as a scoping mission for tour and release plans for Muse artists in late 2004 and 2005.
