Documentary Makers Seek Survival Stories

iMotion Limited is seeking participants for a one-hour documentary called Nine Lives, which tells the story of New Zealanders who have recovered from life-threatening injuries or illness.

Nine Lives will look at the medical science behind these stories to explain what the body has endured and how it recovered.

We're looking for stories - from the dramatic to the bizarre - of people who have survived life-threatening circumstances. It could be a freak accident or an unusual allergic reaction, a strange illness or just extraordinary circumstances that make these stories stand out. We're looking for people, preferably from the South Island, who have made a full (or near full) recovery and would be willing to tell their stories.
