Edible Art Is Back

2006 winning dish ‘Flavours of Pinot Noir’ by Martin Bosley

The 2007 Montana Edible Art competition is back for a third year in Wellington throughout the month of September.

Enjoy sumptuous and beautifully crafted cuisine from Wellington’s top restaurants invited to create visually stunning dishes sure to excite the palate, along with perfectly matched wines from the Montana Letter Series and Montana Terroir series.

Current holder of the title of supreme award from the 2006 Montana Edible Art competition, and recent Cuisine Restaurant of the Year winner, Martin Bosley’s, will be competing to defend its title. Participating restaurants to be announced shortly.
