$6000 cash giveaway to a family in need.

Simon Barnett and Gary McCormick kicked off their International Extend a Hand today with a $6000 cash giveaway to a ChCh family in need.

Today's Family was Lucia and Robert Miles of Linwood. Who have 6 children and struggle week to week, they were nominated by a member of the chch community.

The international extend a hand come about when Sydney women Marie ( said Maa Ree) Sigg conducted a fundraiser in Sydney for Christchurch, and then donated the $30,000 + to Si and Gary of More FM to give away. We continue everyday this week to go out into our community to hand out more money to families in need between 8 and 830am.
