Jim Farmer QC, appointed to the independent committee conducting a review of America’s Cup operations and safety in the aftermath of the tragic Artemis incident on San Francisco Bay last week, has resigned as a director and trustee of Emirates Team New Zealand for the duration of the review. He will be reappointed when the review is completed.
