The X Factor Nz Heads Home

The X Factor NZ is heading to Christchurch, Greymouth and Palmerston North this week as Grand Finalists Whenua Patuwai, Jackie Thomas and Benny Tipene each visits their hometown for some last minute support and inspiration.

Starting in Christchurch on Tuesday, The X Factor NZ Top 3 are looking forward to catching up with family and friends, and performing for local fans ahead of their biggest challenge to date – this weekend’s Grand Finals.

They’ll each be accompanied by their mentor, and host Dominic Bowden - and The X Factor NZ television crews will be on hand, capturing each of our talented finalists on their own patch, and filming their hometown support for this weekend’s episodes.

JACKIE THOMAS
Wednesday 17 July – Greymouth
Meet Jackie Thomas and mentor Daniel Bedingfield
1pm-2pm at Regent Theatre, 6 Mackay St, Greymouth

BENNY TIPENE
Thursday 18 July – Palmerston North
Meet Benny Tipene and mentor Ruby Frost
1pm-2pm at The Stomach, 84 Lombard St, Palmerston North

Grand Finals weekend starts at 7pm, Sunday 21 July, with Whenua, Jackie and Benny performing to become the first winner of The X Factor NZ.  The results of the public vote will be announced, and the winner crowned LIVE in the final Results Show which starts at 7.30pm, Monday 22 July.
