HCR Art Awards & Exhibition 2013 - Judges Announce Awards

At the CQ Hotels opening night of the HCR Art Awards & Exhibition 2013 on last Wednesday evening, which was opened by Mayoral Candidate John Morrison, the three Judges  Elizabeth Caldwell, Director of the Wellington City Gallery, Ron Epskamp of Exhibitions Gallery, and international artist and muralist Gabriel Heimler, announced the following awards:

Ist  - Ronda Thompson - "Floating Crane - Hikitia"

2nd - Lisa Nicole - "Pirate"

3rd - Shirley Sutton - Golden Glow - Mangonui Harbour"

and  Three HarCQ Awards were awarded to:

Pauline Courtial - "Tasman"

Vincent Duncan - "Summers Evening"

Jane Santos - "Oriental Bay"

HCR's Art Exhibition 2013 continues to show at CQ Hotels 223 Cuba St during CQ Hotels hours of opening until 21 September.

Viewers of HCR's Art Exhibition 2013 are able to enjoy a free coffee at CQ Hotels Café on presentation of an HCR Art Coupon - Valid to 21/9/13. The HCR Art Coupon can be left in the HCR Art box at CQ Hotels to go in the draw for a dozen chardonnay or sauvignon from Marlborough's Peter Jackson Farm Wines.
