A Mother’s Day Floral Workshop led by Wellington’s Yvette Edwards

WELLINGTON, NEW ZEALAND, April 20, 2016 - Celebrated stylist and florist, Yvette Edwards, has announced her newest floral workshop coming up in time for Mother’s Day. On Sunday 8th May, Yvette is offering a chance for attendees to learn how to create their own hand-tied bouquet of seasonal hand-picked flowers and sharing some of her inside tips and tricks for your at-home decorating and styling repertoire. Joining her is Katie, owner of Ritual Tea Company, who will be sharing her secrets to blending your own perfect cuppa.

“Katie and I have just collaborated together on blending my own floral inspired tisane for my new online store and I had so much doing it I wanted to share this with others,” shared Yvette. “I love doing something special for Mother's Day, it’s just lovely to come out, learn a new skill, enjoy a nice cup of tea in pretty surroundings and catch up with your mum.”

The ladies will host the workshop at Sally Eagle Bridal’s beautiful space on Cuba Street in Wellington. Attendees will not only get to take home their own hand-tied arrangement, but also will mix and match herbs to package their very own tea to take home.

There will be two sessions open: 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM and 1 PM - 3PM. Space is limited so make sure you reserve your spot soon. Tickets are $125 and include tea, herbs, glass jar, flowers, equipment, gift wrapping and light refreshments.
