Atlanta Review Seeks NZ Poems

AUCKLAND, NZ – For the first time in its 22-year history, Atlanta Review (US) wishes to publish an Aotearoa/New Zealand edition in 2017, featuring Kiwi poets.

In its Call for Poems, they request up to 3 poems (each 70 lines max) be sent to Ivy Alvarez, editor of this milestone edition.

Award-winning poet Ms Alvarez, based in New Zealand, says, “Kiwi poets living in Aotearoa/New Zealand deserve to be showcased on an international stage.”

“While Atlanta Review has twice featured Ireland — where there are numerous numinous poets — incredibly, this is the first time for poets in our country,” says Ms Alvarez.

Selected poets receive publication and copies of Atlanta Review in which their poems appear.
