The Fabric of Life

Wellington Quilters biennial exhibition "The Fabric of Life" opens at the Academy Galleries Friday 30 September. There is a beautiful selection of 80 entries showcasing quilts of all sizes and styles. There are also entries from their recent Waterfront Challenge which shows Wellington through a very different medium.

The exhibition is open 10 - 5 daily, except for Fridays when it will be open until 7.30 to feature patchwork and quilting demonstrations.

Entry charges of $8 per person apply (Kids under 14 are free).
