Home affordability continues to decline, according to Massey report

The latest Home Affordability Report from Massey University’s Real Estate Analysis Unit is now available online at: http://bit.ly/home-affordability-sept2014

The report shows affordability has decreased by 11.4% nationally over the past 12 months and is projected to deteriorate further during the rest of 2014.

The report contains regional breakdowns and comparisons over quarterly and annual periods.
