Calan Independent Directors to Continue

Calan Healthcare Properties Trust (NZX Code: CHP) today announced that ING Property Trust Management Limited has requested that the present Independent Directors continue, following its acquisition in July of the Calan management companies. Bruce Davidson (Chairman), Tim Saunders and Jock Irvine have agreed to continue in their present roles.
