DATE: MISSION SUMMARY FOR THE WESTPAC RESCUE HELICOPTER

4/9/06 The helicopter responded to Kawau Island and transported an elderly woman with a medical condition to Auckland City Hospital.

4/9/06 New Zealand Police tasked the helicopter to Piha.

5/9/06 The helicopter was tasked to Whangarei by New Zealand Police.

7/9/06 A male with chest pain was transported from Great Barrier Island to Auckland City Hospital.

7/9/06 The helicopter responded to Waiheke Island and transported a male with a medical condition to Auckland City Hospital.

8/9/06 A male with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.

8/9/06 After falling from a dinghy while fishing at Omaha a male was transported to North Shore Hospital.

9/9/06 A male with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.

9/9/06 The helicopter responded to Waiheke Island and transported a woman with a medical condition to Auckland City Hospital.

9/9/06 Rescue Co-ordination Centre tasked the helicopter to a beacon search in Manukau Harbour. Westpac could not respond due to low cloud and reduced visibility.

10/9/06 A male child with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Starship Hospital.

10/9/06 The helicopter responded to Helensville and transported a male with multiple injuries after car v car to Auckland City Hospital.
