DATE: MISSION SUMMARY FOR THE WESTPAC RESCUE HELICOPTER

25/10/06 The helicopter responded to Waiheke Island and transported a male child who had fallen at home to Starship Hospital.

26/10/06 After a fall at home a male was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.

26/10/06 A woman with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.

28/10/06 The helicopter responded to Tiritiri Matangi and transported a male who had fallen and suffered a head injury to Auckland City Hospital.

29/10/06 New Zealand Police tasked the helicopter to Waiheke Island. Stood down enroute.

29/10/06 The helicopter responded to Kuaotuna and transported a child with a medical condition to Starship Hospital.

29/10/06 New Zealand Police tasked the helicopter to an aerial search at Kohimarama.

29/10/06 The helicopter was tasked to Piha to a person missing in the water. Aerial search carried out, nothing found so returned to Mechanics Bay.
