11/12/06 The helicopter responded to Waiheke Island and transported a woman with a medical condition to Auckland City Hospital.

12/12/06 A woman who had fallen down some stairs at Waiheke Island was transported to Auckland City Hospital.

13/12/06 A woman with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.

13/12/06 A baby was transferred from Whangarei Hospital to Starship Hospital.

13/12/06 The helicopter responded to Warkworth and transported a woman with injuries after a car v car to Auckland City Hospital.

13/12/06 A male with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.

13/12/06 The helicopter responded to Waiheke Island and transported a male with chest pain to Auckland City Hospital.

17/12/06 After falling off a motorcycle a male was transported from Kaipara to Auckland City Hospital.

17/12/06 A woman was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital after a car v tree.
