15 April 2007 - After a tractor rolled at Puhoi a male was transported to Auckland City Hospital.
15 April 2007 - The helicopter responded to Rangitoto Island and transported a male with a medical condition to Auckland City Hospital.
15 April 2007 - A male with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.
14 April 2007 - A woman with a leg injury was transported from Great Barrier Island to Auckland City Hospital.
14 April 2007 - The helicopter was tasked to Kawau Island. Stood down, patient deceased.
13 April 2007 - A male with chest pain was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.
13 April 2007 - A male was transferred from Thames Hospital to Auckland City Hospital.
12 April 2007 - The helicopter responded to Muriwai Beach to a woman with a medical condition.
12 April 2007 - After falling on a walking track a male with leg injuries was transported from Kaueranga Valley to Thames Hospital.
12 April 2007 - A woman with a medical condition was transported from Waiheke Island to Auckland City Hospital.
11 April 2007 - A male child was transferred from Whakatane Hospital to Starship Hospital.
11 April 2007 - The helicopter was on standby for Waiheke Island, but stood down as patient was deceased.
11 April 2007 - The helicopter was tasked to Waiheke Island. Stood down, patient deceased.
11 April 2007 - The helicopter was tasked to Whakatane, however job was cancelled due to bad weather.
