Youth health leaders, educators, and frontline practitioners from across New Zealand will gather at The Pā, University of Waikato, for Te Tūhono Rangatahi – Connect and Collaborate for Youth Wellbeing on Friday 31 October and Saturday 1 November 2025.
Hosted by Your Health NZ, the two-day conference will bring together some of the country’s most inspiring speakers to share insights, practical tools, and strategies to support the wellbeing of young people.
“This conference is all about connection and collaboration – bringing together those working at the frontline of youth health and education, and providing a platform for fresh thinking, shared experiences, and solutions that make a real difference for rangatahi/youth,” says Nicky Sayers, Conference Organiser, Your Health NZ.
Delegates will hear from a line-up of leaders and practitioners including:
Conference sessions will cover cultural responsiveness, equity in youth health, practical tools for frontline professionals, and opportunities for whanaungatanga.
“Whether you’re a school nurse, youth worker, teacher, counsellor, health provider, or simply passionate about the future of our young people, this is an event not to be missed,” says Sayers.
