One has to wonder how that fix was made and put on the Maryland machines without ever going through federal certification testing. / Denver Colorado seems to have purchased second-hand Sequoia "card activators" from Chicago. They were used in the failed Chicago primary. The equipment then failed in Denver last month. Good plan and they saved a whole $10,000....
