Never date an ‘Annex 1’ guy!

One of the negotiator trackers – people who follow negotiators around to ‘keep them honest’ – came up with this wonderful gem that explains why developing countries don’t trust developed countries like New Zealand. Annex 1 is the list of developed countries.

This is one of the best ways of understanding what is going on in the negotiations.
